Sessions will be conducted virtually whenever possible, using the secure video provider provided by Okay Humans.

You will receive instructions about how to join your virtual session beforehand.

Utilize a strong and secure W-iFi or internet connection rather than public/free Wi-Fi
In the event of technical difficulties you will switch to a phone call for the session remainder
Find a quiet, private place where you feel comfortable, free of distractions (including notifications, open tabs or other devices).

Let your therapist know your location at the start of your session and a call back phone number
Show up, dive-in, and dig deep - it’s you time.

Some insurance health plans do not reimburse teletherapy sessions. You are financially responsible for any teletherapy sessions whether your plan covers it or not. Cancellations and billing for teletherapy sessions are handled the same as in-person sessions and in accordance with Okay Humans policies.
