Just as we use yoga to get fit or massage to work out aches and pains, therapy helps us improve and maintain our whole selves. Maybe it’s a gut feeling. Maybe you are confused or frustrated with loved ones or your job. Maybe you’re just feeling blah. You could be curious because you’ve heard others recommend therapy.
